 Projects : Grzybowska 78The flagship project of IGD is 27 -storey high-end residential tower in Warsaw, Poland. The site is located to the west of the city centre at Grzybowska 78. The start of construction works if foreseen for the second quarter of 2008 and the completion date for the beginning of 2010. The design of the project has been commissioned to Epstein, a Warsaw-based A&E firm, a branch of Chicago A. Epstein and Sons International. Epstein was selected in partnership with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill's London office, with whom they successfully collaborated on Warsaw's Rondo ONZ development. SOM London was asked for the investment consulting on the basis of its established history of designing high-density residential developments, most recently typified by the 50- and 40-storey Pan Peninsula towers and New Providence Wharf projects in London. Worldwide, SOM is responsible for the residential-led design of Burj Dubai, which, on completion, will be the world's tallest building. read more | ||||||||||||||||||||||
